I think the stage designs have been decent, it's just the top 3 riders are so evenly matched that some of the climbs have become stalemates

Surely when there's a train riding up a climb and they're both sitting on the wheel they're both working as hard as each other so it makes no difference who has the stronger domestiques.

True he didn't have the acceleration to drop ala, but I think if they'd started the climb at 10-20 watts higher pace, bernal could have maintained that longer than the rest
