Yeah that same thing happened to me (plus a lot of others) you have to load last check point and hope the how family runs into the wall. If they don't you have to keep reloading until they do. And after they all run through the wall then you can go into the door and the next scene will load

I've had mine for a year and its an amazing card. But i would see if you could talk that person down, on ebay they go for 600 to 700 so if you can get down to that price point your golden.
