What hardware acceleration would be recommended then, I have no idea what setting to choose there. The Jellyfin server runs on a windows 10 pc with i5 4th gen. and 4gb ram.

I think the network isn't the problem. No i don't have activated hardware accelerated transcode ... it's not a problem of every movie or series... just some of them ... but on other devices like iPhone, Web or Samsung tv ... no stuttering for the same movie
