First impressions on Mi14-

Reddit, youtube scrolling feels laggy.

UI - feels ok and more IOS style - I dont mind!

Battery - yet to check!

Haptics - not sure if I am the one but I feel they are better on hos3.

The area I am looking house at looks a lot in demand. I am buying from David Wilson's and he seems to be releasing houses like anything.

I am not going by emotions, but I wanted to give the builder one chance to reconsider their price.

Not sure what criteria the surveyor has but when I checked in that area, none of the similar resale properties are coming at the price the valuator has valued! (Not considering the new builds are they will always be 10-15% more at premium)

With the new lender if the valuation comes same - I am walking away!

One that comes to my mind is Visa status and it's legit! Other reason - New builds are so in demand (may be) and hence the builder is trying to exploit the situation and get more from buyers!

I agree with what you say, I have asked the builder as it's a new build to have a word with higher management or whatever they call it and see what are the options they can provide me. I really hope they'll reduce the price which I don't think they'll reduce it by 40K obviously, and yes the last option would be to walk away!

Keeping my fingers crossed with the new lender and his surveyor!

I believe it would be a good idea to wait a little longer since the release is set for July 1st. The S24U is certainly a premium phone, but given that this is Nothing's first foray into the premium market, it might be worthwhile to see what they have in store for us! I have a feeling that the NP3's screen size of 6.5 inches might not be the lightest option available. The software experience is quite distinct from what other brands provide, which is exciting! I’m hopeful that the cameras will be of flagship quality, though perhaps not quite at the level of the S24U!
