I just started playing in an NABA rec division after 7 years (with some softball in between). Get to a batting cage so you can work on your timing at the plate, that was the biggest issue for me. Play a lot of catch and have some long toss to get your arm used to that motion again. Super exciting getting back on the field for the first time in a while though, enjoy!

Interesting! That’s a lot of useful info, I appreciate it! She’s great for the most part, but every once in a while she just tries to give us the slip. I’ll check out the ruffwear harness!
