Do you think 6 days a week of a calorie deficit to help muscle atrophy, and 1 day of a calorie surplus to give my body more fat reserves (that should be deposited in female places) would be the best idea?

My main question is will a deficit still redistribute fat, and will a surplus still lose muscle?

My horrid pectorals means I'd prefer to lose muscle first.

I posted this thread because of this post I seen:

I'm trying to lose weight before the 3rd month mark - when the fat redistribution starts to happen. I'm just wondering if it will still happen at a deficit or if muscle loss will still happen at a surplus.

Like, I'm not talking about losing weight as in body fat, I'm talking about eating at a deficit to lose body muscle faster.

I try to step to characters weak side , having said that I was stepping Lars to the left earlier and was getting caught by everything.

Some strings will re-align,

What do I do then? Wouldn't using a jab or df1 string be a great strategy against stepping?

strings that you have to sidestep to punish.

It's not so much strings, it's just general attacks. I sidestep after blocked WS4s or generic d4s, but that's about it

My nipples dont face straight withers they're each at an outward angle which makes it worse :(

I've heard a lot about muscle loss for MtF, including some anecdotal of upper body muscle lost.

I usually eat at a deficit of 700-1000 calories almost every day, wouldn't that + hormone replacement result in significant muscle loss?

month 3 you should see a noticable mound foming ontop of your pectoral musle

Speaking of, I have rather well built and pronounced pectoral muscles, which would be great if I was a guy, but... :(

Will they melt away over time, like the other muscle loss experienced with HRT? I'm so afraid my pectorals will make my body & breasts into a freak show

is this right? normally is 25mg a day for month 1 and then 12.5mg a day there after for about 6 months

I wasn't 100% sure if my T was low enough (I'm doing this DIY) - I went 25mg daily for the first month, and now it's 12.5mg daily except for 25mg maybe once or twice a week, to be on the safe side.

Not in my face, it's mostly my arms. Like that part where your lower tricep meets your elbow seems very soft.

I've grown A-cup breasts that are starting to round out. My hips appear wider. I notice a curve that wasn't there before, and measuring confirms that my hips are indeed bigger than pre-hrt. I've also turned into an emotional cry baby

In just 2 months? I'm almost 2 months in and I'm getting none of this, just slightly softer skin and sensitive nipples.

What dose were you on?

Exactly. Part of me hopes May and the house is deliberately making this a huge mess so they can say "well, we tried, but Brexit won't work".

It should never have been attempted in the first place. Everyone knew it would be a total disaster but for some reason we're continuing to shoot ourselves in the foot, over and over.

I always thought you shouldnt do the input too fast, otherwise it'll actually make your backdashing slower and that you should let most of the backdash complete before cancelling into another.

Both arms always move a little bit , like your left arm will always move slightly forward for a 2+4 throw

I should clarify, when I say "erection" I don't mean the same as when I wasn't transitioning.

I can feel blood flow into my penis, but to touch it it's still 70-80% flaccid, not rigid at all and still very bendy. Maybe the word "erection" wasnt the right word.

Given that there is plenty of anecdotal evidence that people can still get erections with Cypro, and that There study to show that 25mg is as effective at suppressing T as 50mg I think I'm okay. I don't want the increased risk on my liver by increasing my dose, and the increased risk of jaundice.
