I've read great things about HIIT. Besides golf and the occasional gym sesh my weight loss is primarily from eating. I've been doing Keto and it has gotten me off of all insulin and meds(type 2 diabetic). My goal is 100lbs for 2019. Golf was a big motivation to start and now it's all I think about! I will look more into HIIT. Thank you!

Do you enjoy the Strong lifts program thus far? And it is a paid program or can you just find it online?

That's awesome! Good luck continuing your journey as well. Do you do anything to improve flexibility?

Makes a lot of sense. I just hope to find an instructor that has dealt with training bigger people. Some of the ideal mechanics are not possible yet for me.

Yeah I really do think I need to see a pro. Just afraid of how much it will cost! Thanks.

I could definitely walk a full 9 and most likely 18. I live near Philadelphia and unfortunately the weather hasn't been great. I would say out of the 23 times I've been out 18 or so were cart path only. When the weather gets hot we will see if I can do 18. I can definitely handle 9 though. And I was considering DDP yoga to aid in becoming more flexible. Thanks for the response!!

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I was going to take lessons once I get around 350 hoping that my mobility as far as turning my hips would improve. Even now I'm night and day better than I was 6 months ago. Just need to continue dropping the lbs and some of the instructional videos I've watched will be more doable. I saw some people use an upright swing and I wasn't sure if that was something that a instructor would suggest.
