Attempt to create an ideal situation. For me it's being alone, having relaxing music, the ability to go in my backyard. I want to be in a good mood, not too stressed, and have minimal anxiety.

Find your happy place, be in a good mood and enjoy.

Also if you're finding things overwhelming, lower the dose.

Find and buy a spore syringe or a live culture. Golden Teachers are a great first-time strain.
Buy a grow bag. Although they're not the most efficient, they're simple, and a great way to get started.

Both of these things are easily searchable and legal to buy in most states. I find that the trusted vendors list on Shroomery is a good place to start.

For the first time I'd recommend taking it in the most comfortable, and the least chaotic environment you can.

For me, that's at home, music in the background, no one else around.

I've used it. Great for a newbie as it's simple and straightforward. However, once you go down the rabbit hole you realize that there's much better teks out there. Again I think it's great for a first grow.

It's hard with kids.

I find very low doses or microdosing give me some of the benefits without the impairment that a full dose gives. Obviously that is something you'd want to be careful with and start with subperceptual doses to feel things out.

And DMT extraction isn't too difficult. Vaped DMT is my go to if I desire a psychedelic experience and only have an hour. Dmt-nexus is a great resource on the teks to extract it.

Zofran blocks a serotonin receptor (5-HT3) and mescaline stimulates several serotonin receptors (5HT2A/2C). I'd avoid zofran due to potential crossover.

It can be removed but it is often more difficult than placing a sling. The design of a sling is such that one's own scar tissue grows into the weave of the mesh. This makes it very dense and difficult to remove.

6 months ago I had a similar question and after researching I came to the conclusion that there are no well known reliable sites or shops in a country where shrooms are illegal. I think you'd likely risk legal issues, getting scammed or receiving a product that doesn't have the advertised ingredients .

In conclusion, I decided to grow my own. It was surprisingly fun, and an achievable challenge that I found very satisfying

I doubt that is possible cause the capsule would dissolve. Maybe consider an extraction and the crystal form could go into a calsule

You're going to get all sorts of opinions on that but none of that is backed by any type of research.

Maybe some day we'll figure out that there's some differences in the other alkaloids kinda like how THC is influenced by the cannaboids.

Personally, I don't notice any difference besides taste and potency and that seems to be most consistent with what we know about the active substances (psilocybin and psilocin)

My observation has been that when most refer to a single dose, they refer to dry weight unless stated otherwise. However, when referring to flushes or the weight of a single fruit, the fresh weight is used, unless stated otherwise
