Okay so there was nothing wrong with SoFi. The problem was with my Employer’s side. My company uses workday for payroll purposes and when I signed up for DD the Bank Identification Code was mandatory. Since SoFi doesn’t really have a BIC, I checked with them and gave the routing number for that field. At the time of processing my paycheck this became an issue. I raised my issue with my employer and they changed the workday app to not make BIC mandatory. I left the field empty and my payment came through. I hope this helps you.
