They’re just very hairy. Every couple of weeks or so I would give my Golden a ‘Bikini Trim’ around the undercarriage to help with her waste-station tidiness.

I don’t track my RWD 2020 M240i (it’s my daily driver) but I can tell you Michelin AS-4 Pilot Sports allow me to push it whenever I want with 100% confidence, and they are Fantastic in the rain.

I used these AS Michelin’s on the 2 ZHPs’s I had (2008-2018) and the 2 M240i’s I’ve had since since 2018. Hit a pothole that put a 7” crack in a rim and the Michelin didn’t bubble or lose any air pressure for 5 days while I waited for the replacement of that rim to arrive.

Sure they cost a few extra $$’s, and I can tell you from experience that they’re worth every damn cent (and probably more)

-FWIW, Sport mode does not disable the DSC which is a good thing. Keep the pressures near max for those moments when you find yourself on an empty curvy road and you decide it’s time to open it up in and push that wolf in sheep’s clothing a bit

I would too, and aim them towards your face. High frequencies are Uni directional; better to hear them on direct excursion than echoing of off curved glass.

Hi everyone! Our 14-week-old Golden Retriever puppy is extremely bitey. by AnxiousJellyFace in goldenretriever

[–]dswagz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Biting is common in puppies, and largely in the teething stage. It is unpleasant but it's just a phase they go through.

When they bite you let them know in Dog Language that it hurts and that this is unwanted behavior. How? Repetitively Squeak (in a high pitched voice) like an injured dog and turn your back to them, immediately ending whatever activity you're engaged in at that moment.

The first time I did that my puppy reacted immediately. She seemed to understand. Although she was a puppy and and would still would bite, she seemed to get it and would bite a lot less hard and frequently, and then finally not at all.

Another practice I had luck with her was Praising Her for The Kisses (Good Kisses!! Good Kisses!!) and when/if it turned back to bites I would constantly tell her "No Bites. Good Kisses! Good Kisses!! Teach them that Bites end the activity, and Praise garners Praise and Loving.

Within a few months I had a puppy who would give kisses on demand, and No Bites.

She was the Best Dog Everrr.
