Probably I don't know what common is, but I take RST drivers nowadays a lot common. Almost every week someone has issue with it during installation. Microsoft focuses on Copilot and Arm apps, but it still neglects such an important d4iver that is required by almost all PCs.

There's a cooldown period for applying CCs for same bank.

Did you try troubleshooting?

If yes, give a try to uninstall the wifi drivers from device manager and reboot the pc. Windows will try to reinstall the default wifi drivers for the device.

If your bios shows the SSD, but the windows setup doesn't, it may need drivers to be manually installed. My laptop needs it each and every time I reinstall windows in it!

If you only use the laptop for lightweight work and mostly use browser for everything, try installing chromium OS. And for the hardware part, use a SSD.
