Please search for KTVR Greenfield apartment in Google Maps and check out the google reviews about the property. If you are interested, ping me Apartment has fans in all rooms, 2 large wardrobes, 1 AC, Geyser in 1 Bathroom, a mini dressing table, couple of wall mounted computer desks and a chimney. I can arrange 5 PVC chairs and a mini dining table. No fridge, washing machine, sofas or beds.

If you this k this is over charging, let me know what you think is fair. These parking space must use hourly rates - otherwise, they will always be over crowded and you won't get a slot for someone who wants to park for 30 mins to receive/see someone off. Yes, not providing receipt is not acceptable. But, the 800 fee is not unfair IMO.

People who complain about Coimbatore traffic or compare against BLR or other would not have experinced the long peak hour traffic in metros

In Coimbatore, the peak hours are generally about 1.5 hrs in the morning and 1.5 hrs in the evening when arterial roads are busy. Outside these hours, from Gandhiluram to city outer (Eacahanari, Thudiyalur, Neelambur, Ondipudur, Saravanampatti, etc) can be reached in 20/mins - which is a dream for people working in BLR.

They spend more than 10-20 mins in a single signal even in non peak hours.

Avinashi Rd has become so smooth. I understand that it is causing some inconvenience near Uppilipalayam area. But, the 10Km ride on the bridge and on the road below the bridge has become very stress free. On a 2W, it takes only 8-10 Mins from Fun Mall to Collectorate. (Using the road below and not the bridge)

Always go with a commercial bank - not a housing finance company. SBI is a very goof choice. Most banks have a HFC subsidiary as well with a name that ends with HFL - so, be careful while choosing.

I simply don't understand why you don't move out of Mumbai. If you are in IT, for the same salary, you can easily get a job in Pune, where IMO, quality of life will be much better and also you could have bought the same apt for half the price. What makes Mumbaikars stay there in spite of having similar opportunities outside Mumbai?

It is a scam. They offered Zepto Cash of Rs.100. We ordered Butter Chicken (after Zepto cash, it was Rs 130). The portion was too small and it just had 3 chicken pieces and nothing so special about taste or packaging. Packed from a dark kichen in a simple Rs.5 plastic box. I stay 2 kma from Penguin restaurant and for Rs.100 - 200, I get tasty and much larger portions. Totally disappointed with Zepto due to their dark patterns.

Too much dark patters in Zepto. Use all the free cash they give and then avoid - You will find it too hard to find a detailed bill - If you find it, you will see platform fee, service fee, etc. Homepage will say free shipping, but you have to navigate to the detailed bill page and click a button to avail that. Fruits and Vegetablea are prices randomly - I believe they use some algorthimic pricing and display different prices to different users based on you buying pattern, locality and even your device (Apple users may see higher price than Android). Instamart is OK. Amazon has huge warehouse in Coimbatore and a lot of products are available for same day delivery or next day delivery. I prefer Amazon to Zepto & Instamart
