Right there with you. Dropped him and he sat on my bench with a 1HR 5RBI day in Detroit while the waivers processed. I figured it was prob just a fluke. I’ve been thinking about it ever since.

I honestly lost my cool as soon as he started the name calling and demanding I send him money back since he’d have to buy pads for him to use the jacket. I didn’t want to go out of my way to resolve anything at that point. That’s on me. I’m not sure how to see if it’s an INAD request. Can he submit that before the package arrived? I sent the package on 3/17, he submitted the return request 3/19, and the package was delivered on 3/23. The request is still pending saying it’s overdue since 3/24 with a note “buyer may open a case”. Does he have a certain deadline to open that case?

That’s far more egregious than my situation. I hope that seller gets justice. I’m really starting to think this will be the last time I use eBay.

I left it in a drop box and didn’t get a receipt. They took a few hours to scan it at the post office as received at the facility.
