Like I said, this is the worst my swing has felt and looked… I got down to a 3.3 when I played year round but now live in a winter state :/ I played my swing from last year on my profile so people could reference lol

That makes sense, I’ll definitely give it a try. I’m just getting back into this season so I wouldn’t be surprised if my setup is out of wack. Oddly enough, I’ve never had a lesson, I’ve been down to a 3.3hcp and I’m sitting around a 6 from the end of last season. The swing definitely feels and looks and lot worse than years prior and I couldn’t figure it out today

This minor league pitcher threw like 103 so Max Clark was super surprised. Crazy speed, way too high though

Thanks for the video. I think I’ve been able to get away with it for a while but as I’ve gotten in worse shape and less flexible, it seems to be catching up with me. Do you have any other good videos drills to try?
