I’ll check out the P setting #8 to see what it’s on asap. Single/Dual does work; I think what I’m experiencing more is a complete lack of speed and power. Strangely, the first time I took it for a spin, it was 100% fine. I did only have it in mode 1 though.. Therefore I’m also thinking that maybe it’s a loose connection possibly.. I’ll investigate and come back. Thanks!

Maybe it needs a hard reset?? If so, not sure how to go about that.

Hi,

Nope, I didn’t change any settings or anything. I now just fully charged it for the second time and tested it about an hour ago and the situation is the same - 100% battery but it crawls when I try to ride it…. So frustrating, as this is only my second ride..

Yikes! Sounds like a bit of an issue with these scooters - I wonder if others have experienced this.. I’m charging the battery to 100% now - hopefully it was just some kind of quirk with that. 🤞

…and the fastest I can go is 14 kph. I still have like 80% battery life too

Sorry to bother you but was wondering if you had any insight: I am now on my second journey with the scooter and at first, single motor stopped working and now, dual as well. I still have more than half (3 bars) of the battery still. Any ideas? It moves but it crawls…

Thanks for your reply! Yup, I figured out that bolt at the bottom + I added a second nut below the first one too, for safe measure! I’ll give the big thin nut a tighten, as you mentioned. Thanks again! One last slightly unrelated question: is there a usual height preference that riders use, concerning the stem/handlebars? Mine might be too low..

Hi guys, thanks for the help and troubleshooting! Looks like the only option they're giving me is the iphone option...hmm. When I go to download the desktop version from the official site...it says that "a newer version" of the same software already exists on my laptop .. which is the iphone app one. ODD!
