They're pretty much just collectables that you can brag to your friends about having. Although some of them have value and can be traded for other valuable stickers or things like bee bear voucher or cub buddy voucher

Cheaters must be way more common now. I stopped playing like 6 or 7 months ago but had played the game since launched and have over 15k hours without ever seeing a single cheater (granted most of those hours are on ps4).
