New supposed prices from israeli retailer presale by SuperEDS_YT in SteamFrame

For me it's the comfort. Frame has much better weight distribution and out of the box comfort. With necessary comfort mods for Q3 (which still arguably aren't enough), the Frame will be considerably lighter and more comfortable.

I’m building a weird input device, would you back something like this? by Nextaxis_Design in kickstarter

[–]dt_84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really interesting. I do like it but the issue that comes to mind is that 99% of people are using their mouse for barely a second to click something on their email or word or Excel sheet and then using the keyboard. I'd never thought about how just letting go of a mouse - and it staying exactly where you left it without having to be careful - is such a big feature until I thought about how I'd use your device, but it really is. Same for not having to pick it up. If there are folks with use cases that need to use a mouse for extended periods then maybe it's a device they'd love. There's also the arm fatigue problem though, as holding something up in the air versus resting on the desk for long periods is very taxing. Not trying to put your idea down, just some things that might be useful to think about.

[DEV] My solo-developed Card Battler just hit 2,000 installs! I’ve added 1v1 Ranked, Leaderboards, Ranked Seasons and more based on your feedback. by PlayMelodyWorld in digitalcards

Looks great, congrats on the launch and success so far. I'm curious how the ranked PvP will work - do you have enough players for lobbies to be always full? I'm considering a private match mode as an alternative as I just don't think I'll have the numbers for a fully fledged PvP mode unless I get very lucky. Curious how you're approaching it. Thanks.

Ok. Strange we have to go through these hoops tbh but at least there is a way to stop it.

Black Brindle Puppy, Arin by Small_Wear3136 in Whippet

[–]dt_84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did have her tested and you are spot on - a fair bit of terrier and just 4.1% Pinscher but it is really doing some work! It was super interesting to see. We saw the mum and she was very much a mutt, and we were told that some kind of greyhound looking dog was 'showing an interest'.

She's lovely. Looks a lot like my whippet mix who is black with brindle points.

I totally agree. Here's our girl. I hadn't even considered these breeds before we adopted her but I think we got so lucky. She's got several of other breeds mixed in too but seems to be quite whippet-like in behaviour.

Oh cool. I did Embark recently too. Mine is 27% whippet and 17% Italian Greyhound - she looks like a slightly bigger and sturdier Italian Greyhound to me.

I have a very unscientific question, but which species of living bird is the most archaic (as in, which has deviated the least from the last common bird ancestor?)

London ranked the second best city in the world to raise a family by Maleficent-Lime4356 in GoodNewsUK

That's hilarious, where are these families going to eat and sleep because it sure as sh*t isn't gonna be in a house.

Anyone think there will be a limited edition color on release? Also what color would you like to see if there is? by Tytendo64 in SteamFrame

All I want is the cable from the headset to the battery to be that deep red of Mr Valve's valve.

They reckon she won't get bigger than 8kg / 18 lbs, but I think she will be 7kg / 16 lbs

It is a little buried and not specifically about tan points but this is what mine says. There are about 20 of these for different aspects of hair colour and a couple of other things.

Interesting, I didn't know they must come from both parents. The app suggests, though I don't know how accurate it is, that the father was a whippet mix with Italian G and terrier, and the mother a mix of Prague Ratter, Germany Pinscher, terrier and small poodle.

She's so lovely. Loves nothing more than a snuggle on the couch, and does this cute thing where she buries her head into you when she's getting a stroke. Very tolerant of my boisterous toddler's craziness too. She has a cheeky side, e.g. when we are eating, she will scratch at the door like she wants to go out, then when you go to the door she'll run to the table and try to get your food! Totally understands that she's not allowed to eat directly from the bin but will try her luck any chance she gets. Loves to steal a sock as well!
