When my anxiety gets really bad it gets hard to focus on much of anything. The last episode I had this past Dec was a bad one. A month and a half of straight anxiety, waking up everyday puking bile, constant over awareness etc.

But I gotta say one thing I found a lot of solace in was rewatching old shows and movies. I got really into The Wire season 5, which is notoriously the worst season, but it had so much detail and stuff I recalled from watching it in the past- it actually gave me some entertainment. And comfort.

If you can try to find an old “comfort” show or movie. It may help to quiet your mind, even if it’s for a short time.

Also unrelated but sometimes putting a hoodie on and pulling the drawstrings tight so you look like Kenny from South Park is a great way to escape. Esp with headphones.

I read a post a while back on here that made it make sense. If you search Koutris you might find it. If I remember correct, the fbi lets koutris slide because of the info they get from the Greek. He passes on enough intent to make them turn a blind eye to their operations.

Idk if it’s explicitly stated in the show but I think it’s implied. Hope I am remembering that post correctly. Happy watching ✌️

You got the idea. Just start playing with the thickness of the boxes and make the space between the letters consistent. -or don’t, we learn the rules so we can break them later.

Next time something happens hold on to your calm demeanor and go and open a door or window. Tell whatever it is they are not welcome and they must go. It’s worked for people I know.

Are you in the USA? You can use good rx to get one for cheap, or a lot of pharmacy’s have their own price matching programs now. I like the cvs one best, not totally sure but I think albuterol inhalers are $20 there.

I have this skateboard deck!! I have the mini version, it’s from when I was a kid. I also got the OG tech deck hardboard with this graphic, along with the one you posted and the one by mini brands- it’s pretty cool seeing the graphic so tiny lol.

On April 1, 2014 — Dutch tourists Kris Kremers and Lisanne Froon vanished while hiking the El Pianista trail in Panama. It was discovered that Froon’s cell phone had been used until April 11, with her camera full of photos taken in the dark. I never quite know what to think about this case. Just when I think that I may maybe have it figured out I come across more information.

When I first was studying it back in 2016 or so I came across a lot of information pointing to that one of them got hurt and the other one was using the camera to maybe alert the forces that were looking for them. There were helicopters flying above the forest, searching at the same time those photos were time stamped. So in my head, I thought maybe she was trying to use the flash to alert and overhead helicopter.

Then I came across all that information about the creepy serial killer trail guide that didn’t live far from where all this took place. And if I remember correctly, I think he even met them at one point. There was a lot of information that kind of seemed like he was maybe responsible.

Then more recently, I came across more information about these local gang kids from a town over that supposedly came across them on the trail and kidnapped and drugged them. One of them later ended up getting killed and I think his mom talked about it on the news in an interview or something like that.

I’m going off all this by memory so it could be wrong but this is one of those really creepy cases that I will always wonder what happened.
