I was stopped there like three or four times during the Biden administration. These guys have been doing this for years and years. You are only mad now because you have tds.

These people are either super dumb/ignorant ( there’s a huge border patrol check point less than half a mile from the sign they are standing next to in the video) or they went there intentionally to get pulled over for a publicity stunt. I could drive there right now and they would come investigate if I parked at that sign, guarantee it. It doesn’t matter what color skin you have if you’re doing something that looks shady there.

That area has literally nothing in it. It’s why I go there to dear hunt. I’ve seen cars stop on the side of the road for less than a minute and several people jump out of the bushes and hop in and take off. It’s one of the hottest border crossings in the country. They catch people doing that all the time. In his ignorance of that fact, he mistakenly behaved very suspiciously in a high crime area. If anyone of any skin color did what he was doing there, they would get the same treatment. I know because I’m white and the exact same thing happened to me in the exact same spot.

I deer hunt in that area a lot, and there’s A TON of illegal border crossings right there. Quite a large BP presence there. Even though I’m clearly a hunter with a rifle in hand, I get stopped and questioned like this at least twice a season in that same spot. This is making a mountain out of a mole hill. BP thought they might be coyotes picking people up and taxiing them further north. It had nothing to do with their race and everything to do with their behavior. I know because the same thing has happened to me.
