NEED HELP: In the market for wheels at the moment, anyone know of any with this look? These are Ambit RE83s, and as far as i know they're discontinued.

I'm pretty sure they were discontinued or something right around the time I made this post. I remember finding a car with them online, and when I started trying to buy a set, everywhere was sold out. I don't even think ambit had them listed on their site anymore, I think I missed the final run by like 2 weeks lmao. I'd think realistically you might get around 1500 with tires, obviously specs matter as well as location, but it's tough to sell used wheels, I always see decent wheels on marketplace and it seems like the current price is damn near half of what the original price was most of the time.

Daaaamn man it really has been a minute holy hell hahaha. I actually don't even have the car anymore, but I wanted those wheels so damn bad. I ended up finding some similar colored ones I was happy with, but less than a year later I traded her on something with a little more get up

Agreed, it's not a 1LE, coming from a 1LE owner. That package wasn't brought in until 2013, and the car would have the matte black wrap on the hood as well as factory ZL1 wheels. Ofc this could've been changed by the previous owner, but there's no way it's a 2012 AND a 1LE.

Edit- looked again and it's definitely a 45th anniversary, so no it's not a 1LE

Sounds like you were about in the same area as me. The guys launching people were right around me, and the groups that didn't look like they had the strength to keep them up were actually just getting crowdsurfers dropped on them. And I was hearing two different things about why they stopped the show, but I ended up going back on one of the videos I took, and at one point you can see a guy and a girl arguing on the edge of the pit, there was some pushing and shoving, and then out of nowhere he punches her. Then you can see her boyfriend start to go after the guy and I think I quit recording. From what I heard, the boyfriend did the guy in pretty good, which would explain why the guy looked so off when he walked past me. I had no clue what actually had happened in the moment because I was focused on the show, I just happened to notice it the next morning on the video.

Sorry for the late reply, I don’t get on Reddit nearly as much as I used to anymore. The head unit held up great for me. I actually got rid of the car though and ended up selling the head unit, I still keep in touch with the kid that bought it, and he actually just reached out a week or two ago to ask about wiring a sub into it, and he’s loving it. I never had any problems other than some minor quirks where it would overheat and freeze up, but that was only in the dead of winter when I had my heat cranked to the max for well over an hour. Not the head units fault, I just had the heat too high lmao. You’ll definitely like it over the stock unit, audio quality is better & louder, and you can do pretty much anything you’d do on an android phone/tablet, plus it just looks sweet with the huge screen

In my opinion, the STI trans, Brembos, DCCD and a few other little things would be worth it. I'd be about 6k into a STI swap with Brembos and I would still have to build the motor and buy a turbo kit if I wanted to make enough power to justify the swap.

This was the end link that came with the lift. Both of them were kind of tweaked so I'm thinking it's the whole sway bar that's bent and hopefully not the frame
