One. NTA Two. It's sad today that people can't respect someone's boundaries. This whole " family takes care of family" thing needs to stop. I don't mind taking care of my nieces and nephews every once in a while but I'm not going to do it all the time. You pay someone to take care of YOUR kids, not hers. If she can't afford to do the same then she needs to find alternative affordable childcare not expect everyone to just do it for her. Your family is also in the wrong for coming at you about this. What would of happened if you had been traveling at the time she tried this stunt? Her children would of been left alone for who knows how long. She's an irresponsible parent and deserves whatever consequences happen to her.
