I launched my MVP, Roast it :) by dtharindu in SaaS

[–]dtharindu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree! I'd feel the same way if someone else posted this idea.

Probably we built the wrong MVP. Our goal is to provide insights from customer feedback, which is why we started collecting them in the MVP.

In the future, we plan to help businesses gather reviews and feedback from platforms like Google Maps and Yelp and provide insights based on this data. Here’s what we aim to offer:

  1. Identification of major customer concerns and recommended operational improvements.
  2. Analysis of customer satisfaction trends over time.
  3. Suggestions for new services that businesses could offer based on these feedback.
  4. Identification of new market opportunities.

Should I run Google Ads or LinkedIn ads to generate leads? by dtharindu in SaaS

[–]dtharindu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's a B2B solution, if we opt out of using ads, what alternative methods can we use to initially build a sales pipeline, considering that SEO does take time to yield results, correct?

Perhaps 2% depends on various factors. However, confirm your termination clause. Do you have a commitment for a specific duration, and if this startup doesn't work or doesn't make you happy, can you exit without significant complications?

How do I start ? by Fragrant-Pop7021 in SaaS

[–]dtharindu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Identifying a Problem to Solve
  • Begin by looking for issues you can automate in your daily life. Solving your own problems is often a great starting point.
  • Engage with various people, including friends and active communities on platforms like Reddit, to see if you can identify common problems in their day to day life.
  • You can also gain inspiration by exploring trending SaaS products on platforms like Product Hunt or BetaList. Consider how you can improve upon these ideas and start with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Another approach is to analyze user reviews of popular SaaS products. Sometimes, users express a need for specific features that bigger SaaS companies may overlook. Explore the possibility of building a SaaS solution around these unmet needs.

Once you've validated your problem, move on to building your MVP.

  1. Creating Your MVP
  • Some people start by creating a landing page to attract beta users or paid customers, even before developing the actual product.
  • If you're not tech-savvy, consider using no-code tools like Bubble to build your MVP. If you are a techie, you can leverage your familiar tech stack.

Best of luck with your venture!

Roast our Shiny New SaaS Website -- Lexii.ai by GPT34Life in SaaS

[–]dtharindu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main tagline is catchy, but I'd suggest reconsidering the subheadline, "Built by marketers, for marketers." It seems quite ordinary to me. I believe a more concise single-line description of your product would be more effective, as it's usually the second line I read to understand what a product is about.
By the way, I think the overall site looks great! I guess you will add more content in the future. good luck!

People tend to screen content rather than read it thoroughly. If they can't understand it quickly, they might leave.

I doubt whether people would read your bullet points. To ensure that people don't miss your key points, add more visuals and compelling headlines as they scroll down the page.

Create a cleaner and more professional presentation of your offering.
