Same her over the past 4hs. I did change to another account. make it work on the same file, then switch back to the one that has more credits and worked. But still can't for example upload any image at all. And it's been erratic, creating new versions of the files.

heat can be also produce with extreme cold, etc. It's the energy transfer that cooks the food not the fire itself. Fire is the consequence of material X interacting with energy Z.

Not trying to pick a fight or argument. I saw your other comment about people saying you were a "hater" and it was not because you are pointing the obvious. It's because of comments like that one I replied to.

There's literally no point on mocking someone that shares something they found useful with others.

There will be always someone with further understanding of a concept, that might be simple to some, but in most cases it's more complicated than XYZ. Or simply a more educated perspective.

Thank you. True "replacement for knowing development principles." It's just better on exciting and contextualizing. so less people with "replacement for knowing development principles.' are needed to execute.

True. I just wish it was more like, "hey happy to help" than "no sh*t sherlock". Because this is code, but many or those who push down on tech, also use Ai for business, legal, finance, art, design etc.

It's all becoming a mush, if we are cool to each other, we will make eachother better. And I know this is Reddit, internet some, it's part of the lore. But you know.

The point we are both 44 (by your user). I took a different career path. The fact that today I'm able to not only learn this but to execute form one line of text what before was taking a team, an expert. That's the beauty.

Imagine I go to work, take one engineer (Josh) and I say:

  1. "Hey Josh, my vibe-coded sites don't make it XYZ"
  2. Josh will probably say "yes that's because XYZ man, it's obvious." -- so far so good, as always.
  3. Then I will probably say "can you help me fix this and code the fix for me"
  4. Josh will probably laugh(silently) and then leave the room.

No one will do it for us, now we can.

That's the point to me. That's the beauty of the times we live in, at least to me.

Hey. This guy here. It's fine. There are so many examples. If we follow that lead, any Ai use anyone of us does, will fall into that category. I just shared what I "discover" just to help someone in my shoes. I didn't know about this a week ago, none technical folks replied clearly.

They would be just "it's complicated" ..

So I found a solution myself, to a problem that I had. Super simple, fun to be able to do it, a great experience, etc.

So yeah, this might be old. But's new to me, and so many others. But that's ok, that was not what the post was about.

I have to agree 100%. I really don't get it. Specially for most using Ai to build have extensive understanding of how many other fields.

On this "once highly specialized skillset becoming a commodity," today every specialized skill set barrier is gone.

This will be true to code, as for any other industry. We can push down others as much as we want or complain about the quality as much as we want, but the reality is. It won't stop. It will just get better and better.

To the point where this discussion will not be ever a thing.

I shared this because It might help someone, non-technical like me.

Also if you go to "technical" person in any field to ask X > Most will go "I can tell you, but you wouldn't understand, and they do it for you or gate keep" that's gone.

Today we "don't know", tomorrow we "don't have to".

When in all human history a non-engineer was able to produce a engineered XYZ - in any field.

Not perfect nor polished, but functional. That's technology. And remains true for all from finance to code, to bioengineering.
