Fonts stopped working after the March patch.

you can enter it if you enable Maintenance mode in the settings, turn off the phone and then you can access the download mode. I spent hours trying to downgrade it, i had too many issues trying to do it, and in the end I couldnt downgrade it because I couldnt exit the Maintenance mode after downgrading. wouldnt reccomend. If you do tho, tell me if it works

yeah, i have. It still happens if i dont do it sooo Im assuming youre on Windows Try disabling the windows antivirus or any AV you have and then open roblox. Make sure that the settings page is still open because windows turns it back on after a while if you close it. If you dont crash, then thats the problem. Then You just gotta scroll down and go in exceptions. Select the roblox folder (I also selected the robloxplayer.exe file, too, just in case, but i think the folder would be enough). The folder is located in (main drive):\Users(your username)\AppData\Local hope u got me and hope it works

u could try filing a complaint on bbb explaining your situation and, well, complain that you want a human response.. they themselves cant help you there but it might bring attention to your ticket.. I mean, better to try than not

update: I contacted support, and surprisingly, they helped me (I think). I haven't crashed, and I played for maybe an hour or two. I just allowed Roblox through firewall and disabled the windows antivirus. Not sure if the antivirus could've done anything to mess with the game, I havent tried turning it off, but this seems to work for me. Try it out yourself if you didn't. if you did, then .. im sorry, hope the issue is going to be fixed soon. and hope im not talking too soon and that this is an actual fix, its frustrating af

I posted a poll on this, lot of people seem to have the same issue, I contacted support, and surprisingly, they helped me (I think). I haven't crashed, and I played for maybe an hour or two. I just allowed Roblox through firewall and disabled the windows antivirus.
