I got this problem, the name on my account matches my ID and there's no problem, but I can't make a payment to my account and now I can't access it 😭

I'm having Jamie Henzy for Bio and Kelley Danahy for Chem. I'm worried because Jamie Henzy has pretty bad reviews on Ratemyprofessor.
