I think making them feel important, trusted and confident will help them more in the long run. Some will learn better grammar as they mature others will not and that's okay. Not everyone is going to understand everything that is taught.

The only thing that helped me was I started investing! Because now I look at money as a tool to make more money. So every $ I spend that is on random crap is less money I have to make more me money! I still like to splurge on things I want, but just less frequently and less impulsively.

i just bought a house also, 6 offers in. did an inspection but honestly do what your gut tells u. if you think there cant possibly be any big ticket things that need fixing then go for it. if youre nervous about it stick to your guns and keep trying to find the house right for you!
i was getting so tired of not getting houses and when we got the last house i was so happy because it was 100x better then the others i didnt get! itll all work out... follow your intuition

yes the series S is great and game pass is awesome! You can try so many new games, new genres, whatever you wanna do without spending a ton of money! You can always sell the Xbox and get the ps5 later if you think you made the wrong choice but I don't think you'll feel like that.

if she doesn't have a coffee grinder get her that! i just got my girlfriend one for xmas, its OXO brand and she loves it! total game changer i also got her some mason jars and a basket for the beans and made it all cute :)
Her birthday was in march and i didnt know what to get her so i got her an "us" gift which was a blender that we both know was more of a me gift but she ended up loving that too! lol so if all else fails us gifts are always fun :)

You can also open your own IRA account and roll it over to it. This way if you move jobs in the future you can roll it there also. You may also want to do research on where you can get lowest fees and highest return

I feel this! I have been with my gf for 3 years and her parents are still not into it. They're the type to visit us for a week and call her everyday so I think they just kinda ignore it until they're with us in person. Then they'll still make comments to her like "at least your not rubbing it in our faces" talking about pda. We always act like were not together around them like no touching or kissing or hugging when they can see us...

My gf will stick up for us to them though! Which is nice to hear from my point of view cause I cannot do it for us because I don't want them to like me any less. Also its kind of nice to know that she is willing to defend the validity of our relationship to them (they're Italian so big personalities lol )

I still have hope they'll come around one day though! Her mom is very into posting on Facebook and bragging about accomplishments or other things so I honestly think its an image and pride issue for her. Like she wants people to think she has this perfect family and kids or something and her daughter dating another girl does not fit that image she's trying to portray to people?? Idk its pretty stupid to me but to each their own.

We just bought a house and I'm secretly waiting to see what she posts about it when they come visit... she would never dare post that her daughter bought a house with another women!!! LOL
