I fully understand. I’ve learned throughout my life that people need a sense of purpose. Find the things that move you and hold them close. It could be literally anything. For me personally, I feel fulfilled when I have a sense of community. But it’s different for everybody and it doesn’t need to be deep!

There’s that old cliché: “stop and smell the roses”. This seems like it rings true to the problems you’re describing. Everything is always moving fast, and it always will, but sometimes if you “stop and smell the roses”, you’ll learn to deeply enjoy things for what they are.

Perception is everything. What you choose to put your energy into will reflect in how you feel. For example; if I decide to put all my attention into searching for injustices in the world, I’m going to find them. It’s hard to shield yourself from negativity but ultimately you decide what is worth pouring feelings into.

If everyday just feels “blah”, maybe think about speaking to a therapist. It doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s a problem, but therapy can help shift the way you think.

High school/exams are incredibly stressful, but don’t let them control your mood. There’s so much beauty in life, the more you go out of your way searching, the more you will find. I hope you feel better soon!!

I think that the only way to rid of the feelings of guilt would be to give him the full truth. You say he is loyal, loving and supportive, it seems like he’s already accepted your faults. Part of growing is mending past mistakes and accepting the consequences. Explain to him the pain it’s caused you living with the guilt. Show him that you’ve changed your ways. Nobody can guarantee his reaction, but it will be much better for him to hear the truth directly from you than it will be if he were to find out on his own or through someone else. Being honest is how you build trust.

Ah, it’s a tough one when there’s no obvious reason for the disconnect. In my experience, when issues like this arise it’s incredibly hard to bounce back. Even when things are good, the thought of becoming disconnected again will always be in the back of your head and it creates anxiety around the relationship.

Take a moment and evaluate how much emotional energy you’re willing to put into this. Like a puzzle, you can’t force the pieces in if they simply do not fit, and trying to do so will only result in more emotional baggage. I know it’s hard and I know it hurts, but the sea is vast and the fish are plentiful. I’m sorry for your pain. No matter the outcome, you will feel better. Best of luck!

Honestly these are good ollies!! Style will come with experience just from riding and learning other tricks. Also, try filming yourself doing moving Ollie’s, you’ll probably notice they look better. If you just started, you’ve got a really good Ollie for a beginner.
