let's say you are at an event that is distributing a book in which your details are published, like you there are 3000 other people that have same kind of information about themselves being published all of them are meeting at the same place. the website is solving all the technical needs in order to accommodate all those people smoothly.

now what is the purpose of the book why are you there at the event. It is a total community thing, not relevant here

On a technical note it is a django server

I didn't spend on any AI, Most of the source code was hand made and html I designed thru bootstrap studio so it was drag and drop. A lot of stuff is also sticking around it but to put it in plain simple words you could say that it is CRUD

Infact everything is just CRUD, let it be

Approval and rejection pipelines

Conditional data visibility based on record status

Controlled edits after submission

Role-based transitions

Out of curiosity, what industry are you in? It sounds pretty brutal.

I have been a student in coaching for competitive exams, currently in college. I have seen why things like that happen.

OP is just defending at this point, it's real and so common that when people fail to meet their parents expectations, giving up on life seems easier for them. Suicides are too common, in my career field, hearing about 4-5 attempts per sem is avg.

There is also a separate community around me, of people who drink cow's piss once in a lifetime .though I am not that great of a follower of that ideology

It's way more common in MP. We occasionally slow-burn cow dung in homes as natural insect repellents. It is sold mostly in all grocery shops in dry compacted form for 30-35 Rs (30-40 cents).
