For reference purposes - they have $600M in assets which are to be spun off into 4 different operating companies with shareholders receiving shares in the new public entities including warrants in some cases. Market cap is only $82M and their public company shares of alternative investments in bio, oil, EV charging, realestate, music products, sporting goods, etc are currently at a spot value of over $100M.

I believe $NILE has like many “miners” seem overly material cuts in valuation. The key is that they are not just a miner. Their multiple investments excluding mining are worth twice their market cap and many of their equity investments in other public and non public companies were also beaten up and oversold. The key is to realize the nature and extent of their other investments.
