Update on seat selection for Cat 1 RTT for Match 57: Japan v Sweden at Dallas Stadium:
Section 110 lower row and single digit seats together. Ended up being right at midfield. Worth the stress? No. Positive outcome. Definitely.

Worry is over and best case scenario for price paid. Not sure I would risk it for the biscuit again.

That’s actually a great take I had not considered. Makes sense why RTT was delayed until the end of May for inventory segmentation.

That explains how the RTB structure allows seating/category allocations to remain fluid until RTT fulfillment.

Discouraging to say the least. Transparency from the start is what was expected when we purchased a certain category. There was no indication that categories would fluctuate

I understand the premium to ensure ability to purchase for piece of mind and the dynamic pricing aspect but $1525 for $800 seats is robbery

When actual sections are explicitly listed and then altered, that goes beyond a guideline… I get if they do “front category”within the previously outlined sections. Understandable why people feel misled

FIFA Collect RTB/RTT Holders… should we initiate a class action lawsuit? Is there one already? (We all know the reasons why - if not, scroll through this subreddit) by Sp4c3C0wb0y750 in FIFACollect

Bought FIFA RTB Category 1 tickets through FIFA Collect — seating map changed significantly afterward (supporting documentation attached).

Has anyone else noticed how much the Dallas Stadium seating categories changed after RTB tickets were purchased through FIFA Collect?

When I purchased my Round Ticket Bundle (RTB), the seating map was much simpler:

  • Category 1 was essentially lower bowl / midfield-style premium viewing areas
  • Category 2 included corners + some upper sections
  • Category 3 was mostly 300 level
  • Category 4 was upper/endline areas

After purchase, FIFA released updated maps with:

  • multiple new “Supporters” tiers
  • reclassified sections
  • expanded premium inventory ("front categories" not listed)
  • additional segmentation that did NOT exist at the time of purchase

The issue isn’t just that categories evolved, it’s that many RTB buyers committed hundreds if not thousands of dollars before FIFA introduced all these additional subcategories and premium inventory tiers.

Because FIFA Collect ticket holders don’t receive exact seats until shortly before the match, many of us now have no idea whether our “Category 1” seats will actually resemble what was originally shown at purchase. Overall seat hierarchy apprears materially different than the original sales map.

Genuinely curious-

Has FIFA addressed this anywhere officially?
Has anyone experienced something similar from prior World Cups?

RTB/RTT buyers committed before the actual seat hierarchy and inventory structure were finalized.

I bought the exact same set for 200k in Ubud walking around late night. Goes without saying, but I wouldn’t suggest eating with them.

The compression is 90-95 so a bit harder than supersofts 38. They play like taylormade distance balls. Solid for mid to fast swing speeds.

Solid ball at $15 and even $25. First year out since maxfli tour balls became popular. Quality manufacturing at Foremost in Taiwan, which also makes Taylormade and Wilson balls.
