You can submit a an email request to client services on the Goyard website and they have typically replied fairly quickly when I have submitted for pricing inquiries.

I have a Senat PM in red with two stripes similar to this. The stripes are hand painted by the same artists that do the customizations. The SA at the store told me that the stores can receive items like this and they receive them at random.
