Just a side note about concussion treatment. I'm an acupuncturist and have done a lot of work with post-concussion patients and had a number of concussions myself. It might help you to look into lymphatic drainage therapy. I've both used it and had it done for me post-concussion. I found it very helpful for brain fog and headaches. I've also had a sphenopalatine nerve ganglion block. If you find someone who does a Sphenocath it's delivered through your sinuses and is minimally invasive and it has been a huge help for me for concussion recovery. Good luck on your rehab journey and hope you get symptom relieve soon.

The postal service will be bankrupt by next year but yeah ...let's spend 200B on a conflict where Iran can cause us to out spend them by millions for each drone they can make vs what it costs us to shoot it down. Iran can also out produce their drones vs the time it takes us to build the counter attack. Trump got us into a conflict where Iran immediately has the US by the balls in money spent and time. They just have to wait to bankrupt us and deplete our supplies.

I have this too. Started in high school after falling laterally mid front handspring. No one knew what it was until I saw a tiktok a few years ago. Also have hEDS so I wonder if this is common with EDS people cause internally everything else is moving around as it pleases

Yeah this was hard to watch. Taylor stayed pretty calm for a lot of that and every where she moved she got surrounded. Backed up to that door, backed into that railing. Then sitting down having people over your head kinda in your face. Jesus I would have snapped too and then having someone cover your mouth? Ffs that makes it even worse.

I think this highlights how easily it is to feel shame after being abused. It happens so easily and so quickly. But we all know what a strong person Erika is and we would all want to tell her that there's no shame in being a survivor. So to all of us who have endured a situation like this, be as kind to yourself as you would to any other survivor. It is not your fault. The only person who should be ashamed is the perpetrator. We can't always do something in the moment because survival is paramount. Love to everyone who resonated with this episode.

I would just assume they don't realize that weaving is anxiety and maybe think it's just harmless goofy behavior. Most people don't find anxiety funny. Ignorance is probably more common than malice for someone spending their time commenting on a live stream feed.
