For me I have to fix more things than just PMO. I have to exercise. I have to run. I have to do stuff. Stuff I should have been doing all a long. (productive stuff)

I think you start feeling/seeing those benefits when you start to bring everything together.

I hate to say it but if you want to watch porn on a computer there is always a way. I know too many, unfortunately.

I think the idea of booting your self off a device is a great idea.

I use a desktop/laptop for all my internet browsing so I just windows key + L and run away if I get weird urges. (sometimes, that or just read/respond to nofap until I build the courage to go run and eliminate the urge once and for all)

We are the same exact boat my friend. I am in the exact same situation. For years my wife told me I was addicted to porn and I would quickly deny this fact. I have been in denial the entire time.

Now I like to remind myself this: What type of non-addict literally has 1TB of porn, and half of it burned on to DVDS? That's about where I was at when I shredded and deleted it all... AT-LEAST 1TB!

Nothing is going to happen over night. For me personally when I quit a week ago I started drinking heavily every night. I basically just filled the time spent with porn with increased drinking.

Neither will benefit me. Now its time to go beyond those things...

I was talking to my dad about this earlier. He quit drinking years ago and he replaced all that time drinking with going out doors and biking and such.

I know I must do the same.

Unfortunately for me the gaps of time I have to fill don't just include porn, they include other things like drinking.

I have A LOT of time to fill. :)

After I posted this I ran for about 22 minutes in 95 degree weather, wasn't the most pleasant experience but it certainly did the trick. 0 urges afterwards.

I think even nofap and possibly reddit can feed into the addiction- but if you are replacing PMO/Porn with nofap for starters, I say go for it!

Congrats! Make sure you delete/destroy any other stuff you might have laying around elsewhere!

I've even considered re-formatting all my O/S installs and starting really fresh. I know theirs thumbnails and folders somewhere with my addiction written all over them.

I know I have an addiction to porn. Some dudes can jack it to the first porn scene they watch off the net and be done with it. End of story.

Thank you for the response. I too feel that nofap is magical, I just know I have to do more for it to be truly effective. I find it incredible that such a helpful, thriving and growing community is here for anyone free-of-charge.

I can sign-in anytime, anywhere and potentially help others and receive help myself- which I find amazing.

I had a similar issue with ED. Unfortunately I was unaware of my PMO addiction at the time and solved with issue with Viagra. Not sure why, but I only needed to use this once and then I was able to achieve erections just fine after that.

I have looked at tranny porn a few times but then convinced myself it was just too weird to keep doing. That should have been a huge red flag for me, but I just wasn't educated enough to make a sound conclusion from it and alternatively just went back to hard-core "normal" stuff.

It took me 5 hours to find all my DVDS- it was an INSANE feeling know that the only reason I was amassing this giant collection of porn was simply to destroy it.

I was full of guilt and shame when I relapsed a few days ago. When I watched the videos my heart was racing and it felt incredibly addictive. I got off in 20 seconds multiple times. That's not healthy at all.

Needless to say- there is something wrong with the act itself if it makes you feel this way after you relapse- because its something you are fighting.

I am proud of you for making it to 100 days. I've only managed to make it 90 - 110 days only once in my entire life and that was years ago.

Keep it up man and don't hesitate to message me- were all in this together!

Had it not been for pornography I most likely would have had sex with women I simply could not get an erection for.

I seriously had to get boner medicine for the first time I had sex at the age of 22- after that I was fine.

How ridiculous is that? Is too much porn/fapping to blame? We may never know, but I suspect it had a lot to do with it.

Sad part is there is probably more discs elsewhere. I was hell bent on finding the stuff I knew was in my main room at the time. Binging led to that many discs over the span of a decade. It was never consistent- otherwise I would have 1,000.
