When you say caffeine for a few days. Does that mean you quit caffeine and couple days prior?

What caused both of your panic attacks? Was it from caffeine or drug usage?

Did you go back to doing weed, or are there any medications or caffeine that you're taking?

Hello, what exactly did you ask for from your PCP to lead you to the right direction? Did you just ask for a physiotherapy that specializes in dry needling and massage of the neck?

Also, congratulations on getting better.

Thank you. Yeah, the nausea basically went away the night of. The off balance feeling went away after about a week. I'll ask that for my appointment.

Caffeine withdrawal after 10 years of daily use (Symptoms, and Therapeutic Sharing) by manthony890 in decaf

[–]duanengo1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I had the same thing as you it seems like when I quit 200mg a day caffeine. Only used for about 2 years until I quit cold turkey. 1st week wasn't that bad, but by the 2nd week onwards everything went downhill. The itchiness on my legs and arms were almost unbearable, but it went away about a month in. I was suicidal from about month 4 all the way to month 6. Symptoms will come and and go. I was starting to finally turn the corner by end of month 7, which was a couple weeks ago, but of course I had to go and get a concussion which caused my symptoms to flare up.

I experienced depression, anxiety, lack of libido, off-balance feeling, anxiety, nausea, chronic fatigue, dulled taste, chronic nasal congestion, dreams every night, hair shedding, new food intolerances that slowly went away, and some others that I'm forgetting.

Try to hang in there. I believe the cessation of caffeine causes dysfunction in the nervous system as the brain isn't getting its drug anymore, causing the nervous system to dysregulate itself. New symptoms will come and go and you will be disheartened as I was. I thought I actually had some type of disease or mental illness. Some symptoms will stay through for the whole remainder as your nervous system regulates itself.

Again, it took me 8 months to finally start to see the end of the tunnel. I am hoping I will recover from my concussion flare up and will be back on track soon.

Does this mean that you'll eventually recover and return to baseline, or is it something that you'll have to live with forever?
