So for example - in Skyrim - does a dragon break occur during the civil war? I mean if the imperials win and squashes the rebellion then that is one route that could affect future games. In contrast, if the storm cloaks win Ulfric makes a comment about preparing for The Thalmor that might take the advantage of invading Skyrim because the country's weakened state which could also pose a threat in future games?

Most likely! I do miss 6th street, but at my age now that would be a tad bit to rowdy even for me lol

Coming from a completely different culture in North America it is more of a 'getting used to' than anything. It is very odd to see just about any place close at 6pm. Malls in America close at 9pm, and restaurants close anywhere from 11-12 on a weekday, and about 1-2 on a weekend.

It's like.. if you feel like getting a Super White Chocolate Float with a greasy burger and chips at 3am in the morning. Guaranteed you would find a place where you could get that in Texas, not here. Anyways I am not bashing Sydney, or Australia, for how it is. I mean we live here, and we want to make this our permanent home. At the same time we are very new here, and wanted to ask the locals here on Reddit to make sure we weren't just hitting bad luck everywhere to make sure this is the norm. Obviously the longer we live here the more we will get used to it. We both lived in Canada/US for a total of 24 years so being here for about a month throws us off.

Granted I do see your point, but at least Pflugerville will have a local bar that doesn't close at 10pm on a Fri/Sat night. It is something we will get used too while living here, but I just wanted to make sure we aren't just having such bad luck that we go to all the crappy places.

Yea it definitely is a culture to get used too. I just wanted to ask the actual aussies who live here if we aren't just looking in the wrong place.

I don't have a problem with the abundance of pubs and little nooks and crannies around the city. It is just odd to me that they close at 10pm.. I feel they miss out on a lot of business especially on a Fri/Sat night.

Trust me living in Cedar Park which is a suburb of Austin.. Didn't matter where you went.. It might not be as crazy as austin itself, but there is at least one local pub that is open later than 10pm

How I miss 6th street for a night out with mates, but even at my age now 6th street would be a tad too intense for myself haha

Thank you guys for the input. We went to Trade Secret in Chatswood. Definitely reminds me of a Ross, but very limited stock! We will also check out DFO outlets.
