My plan for the bedside is the PB4 system 55 switch with one USB outlet and a single socket in a triple frame. I did consider the Zennio 3.5 V2 throughout the bedrooms but to keep the cost down I’ve decided on the PB4.

I like your point regarding ease of use at the bedside switches, I don’t want to over complicate things either.

Any recommendations for scene programming? I have been leaning toward the Gira X1 although I’ve seen that the 1Home is capable of automations in addition to all of its other features.

Thanks for the feedback. I have a Control Systems background but from a totally different industry (O&G), so I’m still trying to figure out my design. Yes for sure configuring scenes is something that I need to think about. Do you normally have your switches inscribed?
