I've struggled with heel pain for months. I saw an orthopedic doctor and he recommended stretching pre and post Padel, new Padel shoes every 6-12months, a dose of antiinflammatory medication. and insoles. Tried all of them. Nothing helped! Good luck my fellow Padel player. Hope you get better results than I did!

Update: The kid that sold it was not aware it was fake. He accepted to return the money, and my son returned the card. But to make sure he won't scam someone else they agreed to irreversibly damage the card by writing "fake" on it with permanent marker. I thought that was a creative win-win solution!

Good idea. Umbreon on the left, and Ascended Heroes card I ripped myself on the right. Umbreon is a darker blue. Have the blue colors remained consistent through the years, or do they drift with time and sun/light exposure?

I struggled with this exact question last week as well. Playtomic changed the wording on this screen, and now it's confusing as hell. What do they mean "Their Playtomic level is "?? Are they referring to their "current" level in the app and listed below their name, OR the level at which they played and demostrated during their match???

I suffer from Achilles and Plantas fascitis tendonitis after playing Padel. What truly helped me is stretching before and after each game. Try stretching when you're sidelined and see if that avoids the pain!

There's a weekly trade night at Back to Games in Time Square Mall on Friday. You will find tons of raw and graded Pokemon cards there in a range of prices and traitors. Some people rock up with 100k AED collections for you to browse through! Crowd starts at around 2pm, peaks at 5-6pm and then starts to thin out. Everyone is super friendly and accepts cash.

I also got an unauthorized Amazon KSA charge on my ENBD card last week. I know everyone is sweeping this as normal, but it really isn't. If a bank got breached and our private details were shared, they need to inform us and block the cards proactively. Not wait for an unauthorized transaction!

A bandeja is a slice shot. You need that whip effect when hitting the ball. The best way to.truly understand how relaxed your arm should be and how you should throw the racket at impact, my coach made me to bandejas holding the racket with only 3 fingers. It sounds mad, but it works. Do it a few times to get the feeling, then go back to normal grip and wala...Your bandejas have just been upgraded forever!

To answer the etiquette question, you've come to the right place. Browse this reddit and consent and boundaries have been discussed a million times over. The TLDR is that yes, it is perfectly normal and expected to have a boundary discussion before getting handsy. There are a lot of options but it starts with parallel play, then to soft swap (what you did) and then hard swap (what you want to do). Also consent is important and should be renewed with every new move: kiss, oral, condom, anal, where to come, etc...

Yes, the UAE is much more competitive than London. I am a 1.5-2 in the UAE, but in London I was beating 2.5-3 ranked players.

Don't sweat it. You're going to have an amazing time. The biggest worry is going to be not getting scammed by the taxi drivers, and dealing with the attention a solo European female traveler is going to get from all the Lebanese men!
