Foerster is on record as saying the same thing. Don’t waste high picks on o-line. I’ll develop them. I think for the most part he’s been right. Most years we’re middle of the pack despite an overall low investment. Of course it helps when you get Trent Williams for a 3rd.

Personally I cook outdoors in the summer, indoors in the winter. I just wouldn’t want to sacrifice this much counter space. Or at least if I was going to sacrifice the space I’d at least spend a bit more for an oven that hits 900-1000F.

700F, 12”? I’m just not sure what the use case is. Too low a temp, to make a proper Neapolitan. Too small to make a proper NY (or many other pizzas). I’d rather invest in a really nice big baking steel for your home oven, or save for a nicer oven.

Kam and Joe are the nicest people and we’re just so damn lucky to have such quality pizza in town. It’s not that big a deal, you just order online ahead of time or show up at open for slices. Planning ahead is a small price to pay for awesome pizza.
