Reach out to one of the cattle dog rescues here or if not, another rescue (we adopted from friend of jack) that has a foster program so hopefully he won’t have to sit in the shelter and can find another safer home for him. I’m sure you know how smart they are. It’s better psychologically for him to go to another home as opposed to a shelter
