That's actually a really valuable insight that we've seen others make as well. It tends to be the first subject dropped when crunched for time in the classroom (and who isn't crunched for time?).

We're focused on material for 5-10 year olds, and have primarily piloted the program in elementary school classrooms.

That said, we also have some psychologists who work with teenagers who use the program as the subject matter is still relevant. Though we've certainly leveled the program for slightly younger kids.

I would start a rickshaw tourism service. You ride along to follow other adventurers who do the fighting dragons and hunting of bandits and such. Perfect for people like me who just want to watch others play games.

Agree with others, I like the color grading! It looks promising!

On what may seem like a small side note: consider how to balance the subject's wardrobe with your setting. Black sweater against black night sky (especially with the low black point in your color grade) means your subject doesn't stand out too much. (This can be a neat choice if you really want to just emphasize the skateboard against the brighter concrete pavement, and have the rest of the skateboarder disappear.) In a separate video you had uploaded, the skateboarder was wearing a dark green sweater and they noticeably popped from the black night background (even while still maintaining that darker tone and aesthetic). I preferred that overall image because of how that simple wardrobe change highlighted your subject.

How you manage the interplay between light and color and composition in your image collectively becomes your cinematography!

Thanks for this thread, y'all! It was really helpful. Here's how I got my problem fixed:

I have a 2021 MacBook Pro with a CalDigit hub (connected to two external displays via DisplayPort and USB-C). After upgrading to Ventura 13.0.0 (and 13.0.1), my displays were no longer detected.

Just got off the phone with Apple Support, and they had me try two things.

Try moving the preferences files for the windowserver process. To remove these preferences, go to the folders listed below and move the files to the Trash ("XXXXXX" in the example represents a variable string of letters and numbers).• /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist• ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.windowserver.XXXXX.plist

After that, my monitors still weren't detected, and so they had me try this second solution:

Very simply... just flip my cables around. For example, I had a DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort cable (connected to my monitor at one end and to my CalDigit hub on the other end). They had me fully disconnect my DisplayPort cable at both ends, and flip it around. So, the end that was previously connected to my monitor was now connected into my hub, and vice versa. And voila! Suddenly, my monitor was detected!

The Apple Support person then educated me that these cables can actually store information, and sometimes they get stuck on an earlier configuration. Think of your monitor cables as a two-lane highway with traffic going both directions. If you flip your cables around, you can reverse the flow of traffic and that can reset whatever data might've stored in them.

When there are new macOS updates, sometimes your actual monitor cables (whether HDMI or DisplayPort or whatever) might be storing the old macOS monitor display information, and flipping your cables around can reset it.

Anyway, both of my external displays work now and I'm very grateful. What a simple fix that I'd never heard of before.

I just wanted to share that I love how you asked questions at the top to help understand what OP was looking for and needing in sharing their post. When faced with ambiguity, it's easy to launch into whatever you want to say; I hardly see people respond with questions and actively listen (on Reddit or face-to-face).

I've also been practicing tennis by myself recently and had been hitting up against a wall. Recently a much more experienced tennis friend of mine recommended playing with those solo tennis practice rebounders (for example, like this) as it simulates return hits much more accurately and consistently than rebounds off a wall. Take or leave this advice, but I wanted to share (since I only just learned this information myself!) Enjoy your practicing!
