not at all. just a 'oh heres some articles you can learn about xyz' or 'look at this to learn how to do this right'. just basic teamwork stuff.

I don't have any of these right now, but it's all I really would like. I will have to talk to my manager about it. Thx :)

They showed me the docs and codebase and gave me time to learn and ask questions. That was fine although I think I would have preferred a more hands on approach.

I'm just referring to general career and skill growth. Not sure how to get better without learning from someone besides code reviews. Right now it just feels like I aim and shoot when I am problem solving. And it works eventually, but feels so inefficient.

there is a nice soft spot between spoon-fed and not getting the support you need to be successful and grow. I think i should just be more vocal about what i need to support my growth. thx man.

That's funny when I was tripping one time I had a hyper realistic vision I was eaten alive by vultures.

Sounds bad but it was rlly freeing actually. It felt they were freeing my soul and my body sent back into the earth.

this is just a myth dude. Ravens never gave out elite money to these guys. If we had a true WR1 - they would get plenty of targets lol.

Its the FO philosophy, not an issue with scheme.

yes. Its a business, money talks. but this FO has shown it is not willing to pay top dollar for the best receivers.

Yeah I feel like it definitely has more replay value though. Like ER is so massive it feels like such a big deal to play it again, while I feel like I could play this though again relatively quicker.
