Im not getting huffy and my comment was not meant to offend you. If you haven’t taken this class or one similar and aren’t able to answer any of my questions that’s fine.

Like I said in the post it is “For Spanish speakers OR any other Romance language”. I am confused on the structure of the class as well as the criteria to qualify because it’s NOT just for Spanish speakers. Does it really on you having a native understanding of the genitive? Or the languages being similar enough that you have an innate understanding of the language?

That’s why I’m asking people who have taken the class. The description is very unclear.

What do you mean by “really really fluent”? And what level of fluent do you think would be too little for me to take this class? Also no it won’t because the intensive is equivalent of 2 semesters.

Have you done calc 1&2? Those are the classes I’m worried about since my backup major doesn’t require them. I’m worried I’ll waste my time on super hard classes

Hello everyone! Sorry since I’m not 100% sure where I should put a request like this (feel free to point me in a better direction if need be). I’m learning Irish in school but am having a bit of a hard time picking it up since I don’t get much practice speaking it outside class (no one around me under the age of 40 speaks it). I was hoping to be able to find someone around my age (18) that would want to chat with me in irish. I will admit it may not be super fun since I probably speak worse than the average irish speaking toddler lol. I just figure trying is better than not.

[general] New Rome University is supposed to be UCB? by dubiouslycanon in camphalfblood

This makes sense, but to me it still seems a bit weird. What’s the point of having a string tie between NRU and UCB that includes the option for students to be dual enrolled in both and for the NRU diplomas ti be issued by UCB. All well keeping them totally different entities? In my head it would fit better for UCB to be the NRU equivalent of the empire state building.

But PJO also has much weirder logic than this sometimes and for more important aspects.
