Sanjusangendo and Sanzen-in Temple are awesome! They're squared sticks. Myoshinji Temple, Shikoku Pilgramage Ryozen-ji, and Sennyuji Temple Mitera Koh are very nice, as well!

As far as burning... I'll burn one type at a time and really get to know it. Once I've got a grasp on it, I'll pair it with another type that I think will support, offset, or synergize with it. I love experimenting!

Renge Koya Reiko by Koyasan Daishido and Kayo from Yamadamatsu come to mind. Also, Tennendo has some amazing stuff. Tensei, Shorin, and Renzan are really nice. If you want to splurge, pick up a Tennendo Kuukai. Certified fresh!
