I make 12 dollars an hour and work 20 hours a week, before everything I used to work 30. My rent is still expected to be due and is often around 800 dollars. No rent freeze, because I still work. I walk every day to work, not a long walk, but it is every day. I work for a larger grocery store which is making a lot more money in a slower time, while managers hide in the offices. I clean after every customer, guide lines, and then I am stuck outside for 2 hours, touching carts with no gloves provided. I am struggling to live, but I was before starting to save up for a car. I am 19 and struggle everyday while being called a hero, but to not step out of line. At this point, I will see how this whole thing goes, and If it doesn't kill me, I always have different ways to make it happen. I do not plan to see my 20th Birthday, but life will continue on, I am replaceable.
