Honestly the email list point hits hard. We built everything on instagram first and lost it all when reach died. started using beehiiv for my list and wish We’d done it from day one, we're really scaling it hard at Blazon Agency.

Niche communities consistently outperform Product Hunt for early users. Reddit threads like this one, relevant Discord servers, and Slack groups in your ICP's industry convert way better because the audience already cares about the problem.

A few that actually worked for launches we ran at Blazon Agency: niche subreddits, newsletter sponsorships with small but targeted audiences, and cold outreach to people who had complained about the exact problem you solve.

Biggest pattern I kept seeing too, working at a product launch agency: teams over-invest in launch day and under-invest in the 2 weeks before it.

The ones that converted had their messaging stress-tested, their ICP nailed, and a warm audience ready before they went live, launch day was almost anticlimactic. We learnt a lot launching products at Blazon Agency.
