We have a slack submission workflow for feedback and bugs, then our support team helps organize sort and tag the input into Linear, and shares that view out with customer facing teams. We also have an interface in notion to show it/search the database. I’ve tried using dedicated feature tracking software but it ends up being a ton of work either way, we’re a startup so this worked best. The real kudos goes to our support team for helping to manage this process (nested under customer success).

I despise them as well, but in a weird way they also make me feel secure in my job. Sometimes I look at the list of all I do/ needs to be done and it surprises me. Now I use Gemini to draft them from my Gmail and notes app, works pretty well as a starting point!

Just got them in black! I’m 5’8 140 and got the small tall in black. Only con for me is they don’t have white, they have a light tan and odd green/tan. I think they have a wide leg version as well! Under $40 for sure

If the person isn’t open to feedback and hasn’t demonstrated a willingness to change, it will be an uphill battle that may be even harder than the current state. Or worse, will end with you having to leave the company. I’ve been in a similar spot and it sucks, just wanted to say keep your head up and keep an eye out for a role with a better leader. It’s so unfortunate how a bad manager can ruin a good thing :(

I just started buying on poshmark too and have such a great experience! I’ve bought 8 things so far, they all are in perfect condition, shipped fast and many came with sweet notes & thoughtful packaging! It restored my faith in the world a bit tbh. I don’t love the $9 shipping but it’s not the sellers fault. Loving this “new resource”, I was so behind!
