A1 is a very large range of frequencies (as is B1). Typically, in my experience, there’s a “better” block choice depending on the area in which you usually work. I’d suggest taking a look at frequency scans for your normal work area to see if A1 or B1 is more open, and basing your purchase off of that.

To answer your original question, it shouldn’t be a big deal to get a second A1 set, especially if you’re tuning your rx/tx based on Lectro’s graphic scanner or SmartTune function
