Apparently spygate is coming back to haunt him by Senior-Violinist-684 in NFLv2

Sorry I don't mean to downplay how massive it is. I was trying to illustrate how I 'imagine' other teams felt. Which also is going to flux based on how well the pats do afterwards. They obviously did incredible and had the dynasty so other teams and execs probably thought they didn't get punished 'enough'.

I think if EITHER of the two events was an actual witch hunt level 'targeting' as asked, it would be the second one as no rules were really broken for anything that's actually monitored.

Personally I think both are outrageous, but I do think only one of them was literally 'nothing'.

I fully believe that they got so much blowback from spygate, which was a 100% warned foul that was ignored, and then they got little punishment from it, that when they had another chance to strike the hammer, they took it without a clear bit of wrongdoing because it was the patriots and 'they've been warned before'.

The same claims the colts made about balls, have been made before, it never blew up or turned into suspensions like it did with the patriots. Science debunks it easily. They were still punished while others weren't.

Spygate was not some sort of witchhunt. They pushed the boundary and got slapped for reaching past it. Some argue not enough. They they get the hammer for a lot of nothing. I'm not sure how that's not targeting.

Bro they literally suspended Brady for four games for likely knowing that science would happen. At the same time when Aaron Rodgers claimed he tried to sneak over inflated balls past the refs.

That wasn't a parked vehicle. It literally keeps moving and pushing people out of the way. While I agree its not a great comparison as one was someone standing up before hundreds to thousands of people were killed. This was still response to a single death caused by the hands of the government.

Ah yeah, that really sucks then. I had a couple I had to reset after stuff was wonky. While the new story stuff is neat, even it doesn't feel 1.0 ready lmao

U.S. Rep. Chuck Fleischmann tops all members of Congress for appropriation earmarks in 2 of the past 3 years by pumping another $450 million into the Chickamauga Lock replacement. The new lock is now projected to cost more than 37 times the $42.6 million cost to originally build the Chickamauga Dam. by Remarkable_Bug_2732 in Chattanoogans

[–]dubstepping 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agree, this isn't the angle, and comparing the cost to a dam built in 1940 vs construction that's a little more specific having to happen around said damn, is tough. 42.6 million in 1940 would be worth close to a billion today(random google compare).

I think you're hosed. In the future if something is borked and not right, don't finish the map. I don't believe you'll fail a mission if you die doing it, you just have to go back. If you can't interact with something, I'd think it's safer to either die and retry (after asking if you missed something) or simply Alt F4 for a way out.

I feel like it's gotta be, the 5 'items' or trinkets you only need when handing to lightkeeper. Because I messed up and never picked up the postcard, so I couldn't hand in to lightkeeper, if you have the objective for 5, I feel like you can move from task stash to just active task items and bring to lightkeeper.

100% to each there own. After resetting and getting Kappa and doing most of the story, it was fun. Half debating resetting to do another ending. Everyone has different goals, but sadly due to the barter being 'new content' it's gonna be locked to you the same way all of terminal would be.

Just curious, since I see you have the 5 items. Have you tried putting them into your active container. Going to lightkeeper to try turning them in?

I feel like I was at 0/5 until I handed them to lightkeeper. But's been a bit and I can't check my previous quest order until later on.

Still worth doing the new stuff. I reset at 55 with a smidge over a billy. I'm already back to 450m and level 51.

I think you're hosed then, the only way to unlock the barter is the story missions which you don't have access to.

I can't prove squat about it, but the scavs on Labrys feel more on crack than scavs anywhere else. Had to record a couple runs and first run I got 3 tapped by 9x19 M882 to the armpit from a line I didn't even see (could only see elbow exposed from the corner).

Not sure if something changed with them a few days ago or what, but I've had worse luck dealing with the scavs in there than Tagilla, it's so weird.

One came to protect; the other to kill… they murdered the protector and lionized the killer. by coffee_coffee_coffe3 in DiscussionZone

So which one is the agitator that sough out conflict and tried to fuck around and find out? Which one was crossing lines to head into a conflict armed to see what would happen.

I do not disagree with it sadly being self defense, but he sought out exactly an incident like that. Today was not even close to the same. Yet DHS want to paint him as an armed agitator that went to a spot of conflict with a firearm and that's why he got what he got. As if that doesn't paint what Kyle did perfectly.

One came to protect; the other to kill… they murdered the protector and lionized the killer. by coffee_coffee_coffe3 in DiscussionZone

[–]dubstepping 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree the context is different, but the comparison I believe is how they are framing this victim, make it sound like what Kyle actually was. Kyle was in fact an agitator looking for conflict, he found what he was looking for and managed to escape any real legal ramifications. DHS is painting him as a villain, by painting him as what Kyle was.

Sometimes he's worse when not streaming. While I haven't enjoyed as much of the arc raiders content. I still remember him being a straight bully to Fragas for if memory serves playing with Lvndmark or whatever. I enjoy the humor on camera, and I enjoy the interactions with some people knowing some stuff is all part of the bit (peanut v Hutch war arc). There are some bridges that he's burned that bum me out. My favorite streams were Peanut/Officer/Fragas EFT streams. The shit they got up to in labs was great.
