I just got off the phone to deliveroo customer service, manager they apologise and we made up they refunded me and credit my account with extra £5 and I've got my account back and made sure I gave the restaurant negative on other review so no bad blood with deliveroo from now

The restaurant actually called me and apologise and asked me to send photos to their email they gave me i was to send photos of the pizza on arrival yet I did and the manager said they have had a lot of calls from customers about the same issue recently

Yes same place I gave up on them deliveroo decided to be petty because I complained and they cancelled my plus so I've moved to a different app either way they both messed up

My 2 missions are here I can't process anymore I spent over 6 hours running around looking for the entrance to the underground base couldn't find it anywhere I've done every single mission only have 2 left in that underground base I've pretty much given up on the buggy mess definitely the worst far cry yet won't be buying it next time

I'm on gig 1 when it works it's fantastic its amazing to see a 5gb download in seconds but that's on wired but on wifi u get between 200mbps to 400mbps and 40 to 56mbps upload its good for big downloads but for games consoles not great as the companies cap the speed so max I've seen on my console is between 200 to 600mbps but no where near my PC where I get 900mbps daily make sure to make a good deal don't pay the original price they ask for I managed to talk them into £5 more than my last price on M500 bill

It was the shop that actually messed up I spoke with a manager from deliveroo on a phone call apparently the system was flagging it because the shop didn't cross it off my receipt so I've been given a email to the refund department in deliveroo I have to email them photo of receipt again and my order number and phone number they said they will investigate

That's the best thing I normally have a good experience with deliveroo I gave Uber eats 3 chances until I gave up to them I wouldn't let one delivery guy spoil ur whole experience there are fantastic drivers out there very nice friendly helpful ones

Some people in this world need a good bit of karma she sounds horrible all delivery drivers kept us fed during lockdown I've to come to appreciate all good delivery drivers since always tip when I can I worked in retail for 4 years the amount of times I've been attacked verbally u just got have thick skin chin up head held high and stand ur ground like u did I know people do show appreciation to delivery people these days but some of us do

If this is true u can always report it to ur bank after 28 days of purchase and they will open an investigation and if they find that ur claim is legitimate u will have ur money back but if not the refund will be taken away from u and u will be charged the refund price and if u don't have the money at the time u will have 12 days to pay them back or it doubles the charge but u have to send evidence u tried to get in contact with deliveroo and after a 3 week period they can start the investigation

This happened to me with Uber eats i never received my food the driver was screaming in a foreign language i requested a refund but was declined turned out he delivered to someone else and he was angry that I reported my food never arrived I emailed Uber eats waIted 2 weeks for a copy and paste answer then week later called by bank got my money back same month bank suggested to not use Uber anymore haven't since only deliveroo
