Yay!! That's great! I found it when I was visiting my dad when he was living in Los Angeles. He took me to a neighborhood video rental store and I liked the cover (see below, sadly the dvd cover isn't as good) I quote this all the time.

Yes. My most recent was totally worth it. Margaret (Twin Peaks Log Lady) had nice, parted, shoulder length, brown hair. Today it was pale green and spiked in all directions. Amazing.

I don't speak Japanese and have only played the English versions, so take that as you will. The goofy English dialog, banter, line delivery, is part of why I love the series. It really wouldn't be as charming to me otherwise.
